Class Experience

Are you tired of digging through stacks of Pokémon cards to find your prized Pikachu or elusive Mega Charizard X? Do you dream of having a perfectly organized and easily accessible collection? This class will help transform a jumbled card collection into a well-ordered binder.

What each class will include:

Personalized Guidance: Each session is dedicated solely to your learner, ensuring focused attention.

Card Sorting Strategies: Students will organize their collection based on their preferences and priorities to make finding cards a breeze. We'll discuss if alphabetizing or sorting by type, rarity, evolutions or something else will be the most helpful.

Binder Layout Design: We'll explore the art of arranging cards in a binder for visual appeal and easy access. Collectors can showcase their favorite cards while maintaining an organized flow throughout their collection.

Interactive Sessions: Once we discuss strategy, we'll get to work organizing! If and existing binder is already in place, we will try to work in small chunks, as to not disrupt the entire binder all at once. Depending on the size of the collection, we may not finish in one session. My goal will be to make sure your learner has a clear understanding of their goal, organization strategy and next steps so that they can continue working on their binder after class.

Requirements:
1) A collection of Pokémon cards (any size or state of organization/disarray)
2) A binder or binders to house your organized collection

About the Instructor:
In addition to helping my own 7 year-old son organize his Pokémon binder (we organized by type and then alphabetized within each type), I have been teaching Pokémon art classes on Outschool for two years. I have come to know and appreciate hundreds of Pokémon. I also know Pokémon card collectors and traders love when they're able to quickly find a specific card, and I understand how a binder can keep prized possessions safe and less likely to get lost or damaged.
