Some of the most powerful and complex poems in all of English literature are found within the span of the 16th-20th centuries. In this 16 week class, students will read and analyze select poems while also discovering the muses behind the works. Through student led but teacher directed discussions, I hope to share my love of poetry and inspire students to fall in love with English poetry.
