Follows Teacher-Created Curriculum
This class will focus on a different theme each week and include a range of poems and short stories to compliment. We will begin with introductions and there will be time for students to share their thoughts. We will then move into the weekly poems, stopping to discuss each poem afterwards. Students will work towards completing a Poetry Journal - learners will add a different type of poem to their journal each class. We will have a mini lesson on the poem type and then work individually,...
