In this one-time class, open to members of The Sisterhood: Creative Writing and Social Club, learners will read an original poem during our open mic performance session. Both writers and spectators welcome.
Class experience
Belonging to a community of creative writers promotes confidence and growth. This one-time event is usually listed once a month for interested writers during the Fall and Spring semesters. Poem must be school appropriate. If in doubt, writers may submit to me for approval beforehand. Learners may also attend the open mic as a spectator.
