This course is divided into 4 sections for ease of payment - taking all 4 sections will result in a complete semester's course. Outschool Pods will run through May 6th for the Spring semester. #academic

DEM Academy Our Teachers at DEM Academy have 8+ years of experience teaching and tutoring ELA to students K-12, virtually and with homeschool/co-op groups. Our teachers are kind, patient, fun, and know the importance of establishing a safe space to learn, grow and take risks.
All handouts and materials are provided to the students upon enrollment.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Students will be assessed informally during class. Learners can also request a more formal assessment for their learners.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Our teachers use Science of Reading Research and the Guided Phonics and Beyond Curriculum.
