Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Students who take the full course will have all the knowledge needed to advance to 7th grade.
Children are expected to read every night at home.
Students will need the following supplies each day: - The ability to print worksheets - Good internet connection - Crayons - Paper - Pencils Term 1- August students will need Adaptation cards: scissors coloring/drawing materials 3 clear cups 3 m&m’s water corn starch water food coloring 1 cup measuring cup bowl & fork for mixing Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling (August) Set of 6 dice Paper Colored pencils Dominos For Term 2 (September) Printer Pencil paper Freak the Mighty by Rodman Phillbrick. (September) clay or play dough, paper or labels, tape, toothpicks lined and plain paper, crayons, colored pencils or markers, hole punch, string egg cartons, poster board or cardboard, permanent marker All other supplies will be listed in the classroom in a timely manner and will be easy to find and practical.
12 hours per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parents should have great knowledge of Harry Potter and the books written about him before moving forward with this class.
