Description

Class Experience

Each learner will learn the skills involved in writing an original short monologue. They will receive guidance from myself both during class and throughout the week as they create their work.
Every student will be required to spend time outside of class working on their monologue. They should use each week to work independently, ready to come to class with questions, prepared to share and ready to make adjustments to their work. Writing is a process! So we will be adjusting works throughout the course.
You may write on a computer, tablet, notebook, loose paper... anything you want! But be prepared to read your work aloud for class each week.
There will be no formal assessment, however students will get feedback and encouragement from myself.
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
