Students will develop an awareness of a variety topics while engaging in developmentally appropriate practices, social-emotional learning and "school readiness" skills.
I completed my Master's in Innovative Early Childhood Education in May 2022; this program was centered on the Reggio Emilia Approach to Early Childhood Education. I have 18 years experience as an educator, primarily as a Teaching Artist and Reggio-inspired ECE, including 2.5 years as an all-virtual educator through my company Curious Bluebird, LLC. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (offering classes for children and adults) and certified children's Yoga instructor.
I will sometimes offer learners the option of engaging in fun "homework" activities such as scavenger hunts and art projects. These activities are optional.
