In this one-off class, learners will be introduced to synonyms, antonyms and oxymorons. We will cover the definition and give examples. I will then ask learners if synonyms can be used in every circumstance to replace a word in a sentence. We will look at examples together. I will then give the learners some sentences to correct with synonyms and antonyms. We will then see if their sentences make sense.
