In this one time class, students are invited drop in for play and social interaction. In every class we will create special masterpieces out of clay or playdough. Children will love interacting with other children during our playtime.

Let's play with together! In this one time class, students are invited drop in for play and social interaction. In every class we will create special masterpieces out of clay or playdough. Children will love interacting with other children during our playtime. Students will need to bring their own playdough (homemade or store bought) in any color to the lesson. Learners are also invited to bring any playdough tools and other toys that they want to incorporate into their play. This is a great class for siblings to enjoy together! ********* if at least two students do not join this class, it will be canceled. I will reach out to parents to give you the opportunity to choose a different time or get a refund. Each class students will: *Warm up fingers, hands and body with a fun musical activity. *Practice and explore making simple shapes, letters, numbers, food, animals, seasonal items, and learn basic techniques. *Design a different creation out of playdough. *Play, chat, and have lots of fun while interacting with each other. Please note: Although, each week play is centered around a theme, free play and creativity is highly encouraged. Here are the themes that we will center our playtime around. Themes may repeat every so often. Stay tuned to the classroom announcements for information about class each week. These are just to give everyone an idea of what will happen that week depending when you join the class. Some times ill give students the opportunity to choose the topics or theme or items we will make. Ice Cream Shop Zoo Animals-- Let's feed the animals (students may bring some animals if they have them) Rainbows Let’s take a trip— bring cars, trains, boats! Garden Fun Dinosaurs-- Build dinosaur worlds, dinosaurs, or bring small dino toys! Pet Shop All About Me-- Self-portraits and emojis with playdough Ocean Animals Winter Wonderland-- Let's build snowmen! Pizza Shop Bakery Bunnies, Baskets & Surprises! Bugs, Bugs, Bugs!

Hi, My name is Britany.
I just started my 8th year teaching. I love teaching students of all ages. I currently teach pre-k students with special needs who are ages 3-5. I have taught students special education Pre-k up to 12th grade in all areas. I enjoy teaching students low level math, letters, number, life skills, and more. I have also taught online ESL with three different companies for the past 4 years.
My personal philosophy for teaching is to assist each student in every aspect of his or her educational experience and in doing so targeting his or her specific area of need. I believe in each student to be enabled to embrace every opportunity that is offered. By doing so the student will maintain a positive out look while becoming more self-reliant.
