In this class we will be doing different themes each week and just have fun talking to friends. Week of February 22: anything goes. This class will be all about creating anything the child wants while getting to know each other. Week of March 1: all about food. Kids will create their favorite foods and we will discuss what food is healthy and unhealthy. Week of March 8: all about letters. Kids will get to create letters while we talk about what letters are in their names. Week of March 15: all about numbers. We will create numbers while talking about how old they are and if they have a favorite number. Week of March 22: all about disney characters. We will listen to some of our favorite Disney songs and create our favorite Disney characters. Week of March 29: all about shapes. We will create and talk about different shapes.

Students will learn social skills along side basic skills to prepare them for kindergarten.

My name is Jamie Boland, my students call me Mrs. Jamie.
I've been an educator for 5 years.
I have an associates degree in early childhood education for pre-k through 6th grade from Tarrant County College.
I will have my bachelors in early education in May of this year from Liberty University.
I have mostly taught preschool aged children but I have substituted for grades 1-8.
I love teaching the preschoolers. They just absorb so much and are so fun to teach. My preschool uses the creative curriculum and I use some of the same stuff in my classes.
I have decided to homeschool my children and found outschool to be the perfect place to still be able to do what I love while working with my own children. Hope to see your children soon in one of my classes. Reviews
