US Grade 11 - 12
This course is designed for students who are interested in doing a semester abroad in college. Many universities offer pathways designed to help students achieve their travel goals; others require the student to do most of the legwork in determining what programs they can participate in. This seminar will go over several options for study abroad trips, including semester long, block travel, and summer options. We will also discuss how to budget for a study abroad experience, visas/passports, and things to be aware of when deciding when, where, and how to do a study abroad trip. The class will be a combination of lecture and discussion.

Teacher expertise and credentials
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Ohio Wesleyan University
This class draws upon my experiences taking a year abroad at the University of St Andrews. It covers a lot of things that I wish I had known prior to college to better prepare for that trip.
