Class Experience
January Spreads: January Weeklies Accomplishments & Goals spread Monthly Check Ins Favorite Things Spread Each week we will be making a different type of spread together and discussing the benefits of planning your schedule, tracking your mood, and having ongoing to-do lists. Students talk and make connections with classmates as we work, through the zoom chat. There is no required social participation—if you just want to organize that’s just fine by me! I will listen to feedback from...
Students will improv their organization skills, get excited about creating a schedule, be able to better keep track of their responsibilities, have a creative outlet, and improv drawing and color theory skills.
There is no homework for this class but students may want to finish spreads they started or make duplicates of things like weekly spreads, in their own time. The goal is to stay organized and have fun. If students want help with anything, my inbox is always open.
2 files available upon enrollmentA notebook that they want to turn into a planner A pen will always be needed -other materials like colored marker/pen/tape will change week to week and be put in the classroom before each class. These materials are flexible however and students can get creative and use whatever they have at home. Optional: pencils will be good for learners who would like to sketch designs first ruler/straight edge is helpful especially if straight lines are important to the learner
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
There is no grading for this class. The goal is to stay organized and have fun. If students want help with anything, my inbox is always open.
