Class experience
Welcome aboard the black pearl where we will learn moves to keep us from walking the plank. In this fun and interactive cardio workout we will practice pirate moves and poses, including a few sword tricks. We will have a few discussions about our favorite pirates and movies. Class structure: -Intro/ pirate discussion -Pirate cardio workout with a few water breaks -Pirate posing -Sword tricks/cool down -Favorite move discussion Learners are encouraged to bring water to class and to have...
Students will be able to discuss their favorite characters with others. They will also learn some fun Pirate moves. They will learn the importance of exercising.
I took fitness, health, and nutrition classes in college. I played sports all through high school. I work out on a daily basis using a variety of techniques. I love fitness and can't wait to teach your children some fun ways to work out and to create healthy lifestyle habits.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
These movies are rated PG-13. We will have a few mini discussions, mostly referring to the characters themselves. Make sure the students have enough room to move around. Comfortable clothing is preferred, as well as water.
