Class Experience
In this class we will do a series of exercises using items from your home to challenge your core, arm and leg strength. Class will start with a warm up and move into intermediate level Pilates exercises. Stretching and posture work will be incorporated throughout the work out. By the end of class learners will feel strong and long ready to move on with their day. My teaching style is interactive and each class will be adjusted to the participants who are in class that day. Mat, hand towel (or scarf), 2 cans of soup or beans, etc. ( or small hand weights), pillow (or medium size ball), swiss ball (large exercise ball)
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class requires that participants have enough space to lay flat on a mat and stand up to do exercises. Please also be sure your learner has the materials need listed below to fully participate in the class.
