This is a weekly Pilates class where learners will get a whole body strength and stretch workout.

Class experience

1. get some exercise
2. increase core strength and flexibility
3. Have fun!
The teacher for this class is a certified Pilates Instructor, physical therapist and former dancer and dance teacher.
She has taught 3-93 year olds for over 15 years
Please be sure your learner has a mat and plenty of floor space to workout in. 
It is also helpful if you practice pointing your camera at your learners mat and have them lay down to see if you can see them.
