Description
Class Experience
Mat, hand towel (or scarf), 2 cans of soup or beans, etc. ( or small hand weights), pillow (or medium size ball), swiss ball (large exercise ball)
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
This class requires that participants have enough space to lay flat on a mat and stand up to do exercises. Please also be sure your learner has the materials need listed below to fully participate in the class.
