Class Experience
Pilates will benefit the younger student athlete by helping them develop core strength, balance, stability and resilience, both in and out of their sport. Anyone recovering from most common types of injuries can participate as well*. This fun but focused class uses household items such as throw pillows and beach towels to help students grow their mind-body connection while enhancing their future performance. Throw pillow, beach towel, ball 2 water bottles of equal weight (you don't have to buy plastic bottles, but if you have two soppy cups that are the same size and they can hold 12-16 oz of water, thats would be awesome!)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
