Description

Class Experience

1. get a good workout
2. have fun!
This class is taught by a certified Pilates instructor and physical therapist.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Please be sure your learner has a mat and floor space.
Learners should wear clothes they can move in and have bare feet.
Water bottles are also good to have close by.
