Pilates for Pre-Teens
This on-going course is designed for the student who is looking to study Pilates Mat. We will study both classic pilates and contemporary Pilates. The students will work on developing strength and coordination.

Class Experience
The learning goals for this class is to introduce Pilates to the student. The student will be able to perform basic Classic Pilates movements.
Ms. Bernadette is a has been teaching dance and Pilates for more than 30 years. She is a certified Pilates instructor. Her degree is in Alternative Medicine. She is very experience with working with children.
I will send a weekly progress report to the parents.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Student will need a large open space to work in. They may bring a water bottle to keep hydrated. They will also need a yoga mat, 1 small exercise ball, 1 large exercise ball, and 1 Pilates Magic circle.
