In this ongoing class students will move their bodies, feel great and make friends whilst learning a few Pilates moves along the way! Please join anytime. We start by welcoming all class members and introducing ourselves. We then move to our space for a standing warm up to prepare our body and mind for exercise and movement. We will work on several Pilates exercises each week. We will focus on one which I will set as an exercise to practise at home after class if they wish. Over time they will build on their knowledge and learn the names of many pilates exercises. Some of the class will be spent working on flowing movement, stretches and balance. Towards the end of the class we will work on relaxation and breathing.
