My teaching style in cooking classes is to demonstrate each step of the recipe, and make sure learners are following along. I will field any questions from learners as the class progresses. We will discuss the recipe itself, the recipe steps, and the finished product. Learners do not need to have any prior cooking experience to take this class. However, each learner should know how to turn on the oven in their respective home kitchens, and know how to use an electric hand mixer. Learners should know how to use a serrated knife.
