Proper, fluent technique is essential for every serious pianist. In this class students will learn different exercises to improve their technique. This class is taught by a performing pianist and an international pedagogue with over 25 years of experience. Over the years, Yekaterina has developed her own systematic approach to gradual technique development. Yekaterina is an expert in pedagogical expertise on subjects including effective practicing, piano technique, building and maintaining a repertoire, sight-reading, structured healthy practice and more. Additionally, Yekaterina hold a diploma in child psychology.
It is recommended to practice daily the exercises that were given in class.
Piano or keyboard
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
