Class Experience
Layout for beginners: Students can sign up for a weekly piano lesson with with Ms. Bri. Students are welcome to sign up for the time slot that works with their schedule. Lessons and pacing will be tailored to each individual student's needs. Lessons will follow the outline of the lesson book "Piano Adventures - Lesson Book - Primer Level" (refer to material's list). Progress can be tracked with the lesson book. *Note for non-beginners*: If a non-beginner would like to take lessons and has a different lesson book, we may work with this material.

"Piano Adventures - Lesson Book - Primer Level" OR Lesson books that your child is continuing on Acoustic piano or digital keyboard with at least 61 keys. (please no toy pianos).

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

My philosophy and approach comes from the belief that every child, teen, and young adult is capable of acquiring musical skill and knowledge.
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the University of North Texas
where I studied classical voice and elementary music education.
I also hold Master of Music degree in Piano Performance from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
As a soprano, I have studied and performed Opera and Classical Voice within the University and in Italy, Germany and the UK.
While opera is a passion, I love to teach piano to young learners.
2025 will be my 10th year of piano instruction!
