As a class, this section would use Mastery Learning as the fundamental pedagogy – working with the learners where they are in the learning process – somewhat like a supervised practice session. 

The learner brings a song (or songs) they are working on and works on it/them (if beginning learner, the teacher would supply beginning songs).
