By the end of each session the student will have mastered a new musical concept linked with technique, musicality or the piece they are learning. This will give the student a clear goal for practising and improving their piano playing.
I am fully qualified teacher who has been a head of music and head of faculty for 25 years in middle and high schools. I studied music at university and have been playing and teaching the piano for a very long time!
Homework Offered
Generally it would be expected that a student having a piano lesson would practice the pieces learned outside of class time to master the skills necessary.Assessments Offered
Verbal feedback will be given during the lesson and guidance on what musical technique or skill to develop next.Grades Offered
