Beginners piano/ music basics. Simple starter course to get your feet wet and have fun with music! Want to get an idea if piano is for you, and have fun doing it? With an always positive environment, then this is the class for you.
Class experience
In this course we will cover the basics of music, learning notes, hand positioning, and getting into the beginning of reading music. Class structure is always 1:1 with a fun uplifting environment. I believe everyone has the ability to learn and play music, with the time and patience each child can learn. I’ve had an amazing journey of teaching music overseas to children from all over the world. I’ve taught for the total of about 9 years and the last few have just been on-line. I’ve learned and formatted lessons in such a way that students always have a lesson available to them at all times with the videos available to watch and work with every week.
Home work is practicing your assigned music for the week and some music theory. For younger learners that have never played before, a parent will be required to sit in on the lessons for the first few meetings till child is comfortable with the keyboard and understands the goals of each lesson.
