In this one-time class, students will practice memorizing the notes of the grand staff along with rhythm notations.
Class experience
During this class, we will practicing reading music. I will go over half an hour's worth of flashcards with the student, helping them memorize music notes and the various notations of rhythm. We will go over these flashcards as quickly or as slowly as best suits the needs of the student. Our flashcards will include rhythm notations, such as time signatures and rests, but will mainly be images of music notes as they appear on the grand staff.
