Students will improve their understanding of chords and confidently be able to play all major or minor chords on the piano
We will be using the website Ultimate-Guitar.com to find chords for pop songs. No account is needed. I will screen share our chords on weeks 1 - 4 but in the 5th week, students are encouraged to find a pop song they enjoy and apply what we learned about chord inversions for their final project. Additionally, we will be using Youtube play along chord videos to jam along to.
