In this Summer Camp we will exercise to music and have lots of fun!

Class Experience

 LETS MOVE
This class will be set to songs. Lets move, shake, dance and have FUN! Lets get our sillies out and burn off some energy. This class will feature basic movements with music. (hop, skip, jump, march, run, gallop, slide, shake and MORE)

Introductions/ Greeting/ Stretching/Warm-ups
Exercise/ Games
Goodbye/Cool Down

I am a NJ state certified PE teacher with 2 children at home.

This is an online Physical Education (PE) and Fitness class.

I am a mom of 2 children. My son is 7 years old and is Special Needs. My daughter is 10 years old. I have a Physical and Health Education Teaching Degree in NJ. I am also an ACE certified Personal Trainer.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

All children should be supervised by an adult.
 Your child should have enough space to move around safely. 
Please make sure they have sneakers on and have a water bottle.
