Teacher expertise and credentials
Hi, there my name is Eboni Joi and I teach the basics of photography with a hands-on approach and homework activities for each student to complete, it's sure to be a fun time. I have been a talent, stage, and media professional for over 15 years, and a coach and consultant for the last 5 years. I have a BFA from The New York Film Academy in Los Angeles and from Charlotte, NC I earned a Certificate of Photography from The Art Institute. I have been running my co-owned media company heading film projects and training talent and crew as needed. I like to teach how I learned and that's Hands-on, we will have discussions for understanding, and I will teach them from both a cell phone and a DSLR perspective. By the end of the course, they should have a basic knowledge of how to work a camera and its different components and how to get a nice clean shot.
