In this class we will discuss the basics of photography. We will start by exploring our cameras and lead into learning about creating an excellent photo by using Focus, Composition, Zoom and Perspective.

This class will help your artist gain confidence in their photography skills. We will learn about our cameras, how they work and how to care for them. Each week students will learn a new photo technique (listed below) and will be given a photo prompt that they will need to capture before the next class. Students will gain understanding of how a camera works. As well as several techniques to creating a great photo.

Homework Offered
Weekly photo prompts will be given. Students can spend as much or as little time as they want taking photos. Student will need to upload their photos to present their favorite in class.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
