Reading can be fun! We will review reading Dolch primer sight words by playing BINGO. 1. Upon class enrollment, students will be sent a BINGO card to print and bring to class. 2. During class, I will pull words from a box. We will read the words together and learners can read independently if they are able. Students will mark their cards accordingly. This session will focus on words from the Dolch primer sight word list. 3.We will play as many games as time permits. 4. At the end of class,...
Students will practice their reading skills by looking for the words on their card. This will also exercise their listening skills. This session is for early readers who would like to review reading sight words.
Please print the BINGO sheet prior to the class meeting. Printing of the game cards is required to participate. Please bring something to mark each square such as pennies, beans, small candy (Skittles, M&Ms, etc). They will need approximately 25 markers.
