Description

Class Experience

Included in this class will be activities based on the Fundations approach to teaching phonics.   Fundations is aligned with Orton-Gillingham principles.   I have been trained in and have been using Fundations in my own 1st and 2nd grade classrooms for 15 years.       Depending on the level needed, we will begin with reviewing skills from previous level in Fundations.       We will cover the skills as they are introduced in the Fundations scope and sequence. 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
