My Professional Journey: Combining Education and Passion. I received a B.A. in Marketing and Management from Clark Atlanta University, and later transitioned from a career in Human Resources to the field of education. My passion for teaching grew as I developed and implemented STEAM, SEL, Project-based Learning, cultural, and literacy programs for Pre-K to 8th-grade students while working as an after-school teacher. I obtained my TEFL certification, which allowed me to teach students of all ages from around the world. Currently, I work as a high dosage tutor with a school district, helping students enhance their reading and comprehension skills. My teaching style aims to create a fun and engaging learning environment that inspires lifelong learning. When I am not teaching, I enjoy traveling, watching movies, and exploring my creative side. With 20 years of experience in teaching and creating educational programs, I enjoy my purpose and passion.
