Parents choose the schedule-- 2/30 min classes a week with teacher. Teacher Dayna will modify the days and times to fit the parent's schedule. Spalding Method is a phonics/spelling method. I also use dolch sight words.

In consecutive lessons the students will memorize the 70 phonograms and then learn to properly write the letters. The students will then prepare a notebook of words by oral dictation, written practice, and reading of the words they are writing.
