In these ongoing classes we will be looking at initial and final blends of 2 and 3 letters.
Class experience
*For these ongoing classes students will need to be familiar with all the letters of the alphabet and their sounds. They should also be able to read CVC words, such as pen, sat, dig.*
In each class we will: look at each of the blends before identifying and writing them.
identify and write the correct blend in words.
read and write given words.
read and write sentences to practice using...Students will learn to use blends to read and write words and sentences.
Paper and pencil or whiteboard and marker for the children to write and show their work.
