In this one time class, students will practice finding pictures that start with a letter sound! Students will be practicing letter recognition and letter sounds. Students will also be socializing with others in this interactive game.

What will be taught? We will be reviewing letter sounds such as d, g, m, r, and s. We will review the letter and its corresponding sound. We will use an I-spy game to find pictures that start with that sound. We will also brainstorm other words that start with that sound. What topics will be covered? We will be reviewing letter sounds such as d, g, m, r, and s. We will review the letter and its corresponding sound. How will class be structured? The teacher will explain how the game works and then review each individual letter sound. There will be a slide of each letter sound with I-spy images. Students will raise their hand when they see an image that starts with the letter sound. At the end of each slide, the class and students will brainstorm other words that start with that sound.
