I have had the opportunity to work with children in a variety of educational settings, including a phonics-based escape room activity that I have facilitated. This engaging and interactive experience helps students build their phonics skills while solving puzzles and challenges. I have implemented this escape room activity with young children, particularly in kindergarten and early elementary grades, to reinforce letter sounds, word recognition, and phonemic awareness in a fun, hands-on environment.

My training includes coursework and professional development focused on early literacy and phonics instruction. I have worked with children for several years, both in the classroom and through extracurricular activities like this escape room. In these settings, I have gained valuable experience in fostering a love of learning and encouraging problem-solving skills while reinforcing foundational reading concepts.

The phonics escape room provides an opportunity for students to practice their phonics skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and I find it to be an effective way to engage students in active learning. I have facilitated these activities in various classroom settings and have seen positive outcomes in students' ability to apply phonics knowledge in their reading and writing.
