Learners will learn and practice reading an interactive story called Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons. We will discuss and identify numbers found in the story, along with subtraction sentences found as well. This class will strengthen learners one-to-one counting skills. Students will learn how to identify each number as well as counting. To promote find motor skills, learners will review their number skills when an exciting number craft. At the end of class, learners will glue buttons on their own Pete the Cat paper craft.

Hello!
I am an experienced and licensed educator. I am a native Spanish speaker. I have been teaching language (ESL and Spanish) for several years. I am Certified in Elementary Education and ESOL.
I earned my degree from FIU, with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I have taught several different grade levels ranging from K-5 grade. I have also been homeschooling my own kids and have enjoyed that experience tremendously.
I love teaching Reading, Math and Spanish. I enjoy reading, puzzles, Elephants, Lego, RVing and all things Disney!
