In this one-time class, we will learn a series of pet yoga poses. Then we will have a short show and tell with their pet or stuffed animal of their choosing! They will get to do the associated pose for their pet. This class will integrate yoga and show and tell to teach healthy living and social skills. I have practiced yoga for over 10 years! I teach yoga and workout classes to children through homeschooling. Please bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket to class. Please make sure your child has ample room to move during our lesson. Also, it is always a great idea to have a water bottle handy when doing any sort of physical activity. Thank you!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Whenever students are involved in a physical fitness routine, there are potential hazards as well as injuries that can occur if not properly supervised. Learners will need an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle if needed, and adequate stretching beforehand. Thank you.
