In this class, the students will practice speaking with others by talking about their pets. The students will improve their conversational skills by speaking with the other students and the teacher. They will be able to ask the other students questions and answer questions that they are asked. The students will take turns telling others about their pets and how they care for their pets. They may talk about their names, what kind of pet they have, how old their pet is, and any other interesting information they want to share. The students may bring their pets or a picture of their pets to class to show the other students. My hermit crabs will be joining our class. My puppy may come to class if she is having a good day.

I am a certified early childhood, elementary education, and reading specialist. I have been a teacher for over seventeen years. I have taught English as a second language for over six years. I love to use my degrees in psychology, history, political science, and biology to help students learn. I teach reading, ESL, history, and science classes. I think that students should have fun while learning. I love hockey and volunteering at the library and museum.
