1 live meeting
55 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
Students will learn how to capture emotion filled photos of people and pets together, both by posing and candid shots. Most students photograph cats and dogs but any pets are welcome. The class begins with a brief review of basic photography skills. Students will then learn about patience and positioning in documentary style pet photography and how to interact with people to make images that show the love and bond between them and their pets. The class will be given time to take and share photos of their people and pets during class. Students can participate in selfie mode or with a timer to photograph themselves with pets or have another person or group of people available during class to interact with their animal or animals.
Learning Goals
Students will learn what to say, where to position themselves and what to do to successfully photograph pets and people being sweet or silly or making their viewers feel all the feels!
