I'm offering this class in response to requests from a parents of my other Outschool classes. I'm an awesome teacher for this subject for the following reasons: -In high school, I got A's on my essays and won speech competitions -Like all other prospective college students today, I also had to write an essay to get admitted to my college of choice -Most of the companies I worked for after graduating college—from working as an English teacher to working at the Apple Store—required some sort of essay as part of the hiring process -My past sales jobs with Apple, SolarCity, and in financial services all involved persuading clients through educating them and painting a picture in their minds through the power of words in order to purchase from me -My current church and work repsonsibilities require some form of persuasive public speaking
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
50 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
