Class Experience

Whether you need help with a specific assignment or you want to focus on improving your understanding of a math concept, I am here to support you. This one-time class is specific to the needs of the learner. We will engage in activities to build and deepen your understanding. If there is a specific assignment that you wish to work on, I will guide you with thinking questions and help you find strategies. I’ve been a certified math teacher for more than 14 years and have taught math in both elementary and secondary grades. As part of my experience, I was a middle school math intervention teacher and elementary resource teacher who specialized in identifying areas of confusion and developing lessons specific to learner needs.
