Your child will gather with other children from other places to visit Santa Claus at his home in the North Pole. 
Santa will tell the children that he will talk to each child, one at a time, and then after talking to each child he will read them The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg.  The book is available for purchase on Amazon.  
Santa will visit with each child by name using information that you (their p arent) provides ahead of time, to make a personalized, magical experience for each child.  [For example: the name of their Elf on the shelf, pet's name, information about their school/grade, musical instrument or sport played, etc.]
Children can share what they want for Christmas so that parents can be aware of the gifts they would like.  Santa does not promise gifts, but will let them know that he will do his best and that he might bring them some surprise gifts that they are not expecting.
