In this Ongoing series, we will discuss the basics of Leadership and what makes for a good leader. Students will learn to shoulder responsibilities, work within a team and work towards being leaders in their respective roles as a friend, sibling, peer. I am atd (Association for Talent Development) designated Master Trainer. I have 32 years of teaching/coaching/ training experience with corporate houses across continents. Teaching/Coaching to me is about inspiring & delivering results that meet expectations. I firmly believe that there is a leader in every child and my mission is to help them realize their potential. The journey of Teaching/Training/Coaching began decades ago as an entrepreneur with a Communications & Culture training organization focused on Corporate training as well as one on one learning. Over the years, it evolved into a training company that provided niche and result oriented training programs across India with focus on Leadership, Presentation Skills and Cross culture, as well as several behavioral training programs with some of the Global leading Corporates like Verizon Data Services, Dell, HSBC, Oracle, Progress Software and many more. I founded and spear-headed "Trainwell Consultants" for many years; hence, I feel I should share my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of future leaders.
