Class experience
In this multi-day course, students will have 5 lessons (1 per day for 5 days). These lessons are designed to develop perseverance, resilience, and grit. Lessons will last 35-45 minutes depending on topic, number of learners enrolled, and how much learners are comfortable sharing (this will be supported and encouraged). Students will learn about growth mindset, setting smart goals, listening to positive thinking from their inner coach, while tuning out negative thoughts from their inner critic, developing resilience, and managing anxiety.
