Class Experience

Students will explore how using mindfulness can help them feel calm and focused in stressful situations.
I am trained in the Mindful Schools curriculum, a certified Childlight Yoga Instructor and a certified Sport Yoga Instructor.  I have been teaching mindfulness and yoga to children for over 10 years.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will be doing a short series of gentle yoga poses, so students should be in an open space (enough room to extend arms fully in all directions). Parental supervision is requested if you feel that it is necessary.
