In this one-time class, your learner will be taught yoga postures, participate in mindfulness activities, dabble with meditation, and begin understanding how the breath can help control big feelings. Ms. Amber is the founder of Flow On The Go, LLC. She is a certified, children's yoga teacher training program. Ms. Amber is also a 500hr registered yoga teacher (RYT). Prior to teaching yoga to children, Ms. Amber worked as a physical therapist assistant helping children with special needs for over 15 years. She continually strives to learn all she can to help children reach their fullest potential.
